Deutsche Bank have notified us on behalt of their daughter company DWS Investment GmbH, Frankfurt, Germany, that *on December 6, 200*7 the DWS' share of the voting rights in Pfeiffer Vacuum Technology AG has exceeded the threshold of 5 percent of the voting rights in the company and DWS currently holds 535,000 shares and voting rights, or 5.96 percent of the voting rights in the company.

Threadneedle Asset Management Limited have informed us on November 19, 2007 that on November 14, 2007 the share of voting stocks in Pfeiffer Vacuum Technology AG went below the threshold of 5 % of the total voting stocks of the company.

Threadneedle Asset Management Limited have informed us on October 31, 2007 that on October 29, 2007 the share of voting stocks in Pfeiffer Vacuum Technology AG went above the threshold of 5% of the total voting stocks of the company.

Threadneedle Asset Management Limited have informed us on October 29, 2007 that on 23 October, 2007 the share of voting stocks of the above mentioned companies in Pfeiffer Vacuum Technology AG, Berliner Strasse 43, 35614 Asslar, Germany, went below the threshold of 5% of the total voting stocks of the company.

Neuberger Berman LLC located in New York U.S.A. have informed us on September 27, 2007 pursuant to Sect. 21 para. 1 German Securities Tradings Act that on July 13, 2007 the voting interest of Neuberger Berman LLC in the listed company Pfeiffer Vacuum Technology AG, 35614 Asslar, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3 % and on July 13, 2007 3.18 % (in absolute numbers: 284,875 voting rights) of said shares were being held. These voting rights are in their entity attributable to Neuberger Berman LLC pursuant to Sect. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the German Securities Trading Act.

Deutsche Bank have notified us on behalt of their daughter company DWS Investment GmbH, 60327 Frankfurt, Germany, that on July 11, 2007 the DWS' share of the voting rights in Pfeiffer Vacuum Technology AG has exceeded the threshold of 3 percent of the voting rights in the company and DWS currently holds 280.267 shares and voting rights, or 3.12 percent of the voting rights in the company.

Bleichroeder Advisers, LLC, New York, USA, have notified us on June 13, 2007 on behalf of First Eagle Overseas Fund, New York, USA, that on June 11, 2007 the Fund’s share of the voting rights in Pfeiffer Vacuum Technology AG has exceeded the threshold of 10 percent of the voting rights in the company and the Fund currently holds 897,754 shares and voting rights, or 10.01 percent of the voting rights in the company.

Artisan Partners Limited Partnership based in Milwaukee, USA have notified us on April 12, 2007 that on April 5, 2007 they fell below the threshold of 15 % with holdings of now 14.83 %. These holdings of 14.83 percent are also to be imputed to the Artisan Investment Corporation, to ZFIC Inc. as well as to both Andrew A. Ziegler and Carlene M. Ziegler c/o Artisan Partners L. P.

Artisan Partners Limited Partnership based in Milwaukee, USA have notified us that on January 24, 2007 they fell below the threshold of 15 % with holdings of now 14.98 %. These holdings of 14.98 percent are also to be imputed to the Artisan Investment Corporation as well as to both Andrew A. Ziegler and Carlene M. Ziegler c/o Artisan Partners L. P. Artisan Partners Limited Partnership based in Milwaukee, USA have notified us that on March 1, 2007 they have crossed the 15 % reporting threshold with holdings of now 15.12 %. These holdings of 15.12 percent are also to be imputed to the Artisan Investment Corporation as well as to both Andrew A. Ziegler and Carlene M. Ziegler c/o Artisan Partners L. P. March 19, 2007 ZFIC, Inc. based in Milwaukee, USA have notified us that they have crossed the 15 % reporting threshold with holdings of now 15.75 %. ZFIC, Inc. is also part of the Artisan Group.

Chicago-based Harris Associates L. P. reported on April 18, 2006, that they were below the 5 % reporting threshold with holdings of 4.96 %.
 
April 12, 2006.
Artisan Partners Limited Partnership based in Milwaukee, USA have notified us on April 12, 2006 that they have crossed the 10 % reporting threshold with holdings of now 10.05 %. These holdings of 10.05 percent are also to be imputed to the Artisan Investment Corporation as well as to both Andrew A. Ziegler and Carlene M. Ziegler c/o Artisan Partners L. P.
 
March 24, 2005.
On March 24, 2005, Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder Holdings Inc. and the First Eagle Overseas Fund with headquarters in New Yorknotified us that they had crossed the 10 % reporting threshold with holdings of 10.4 %.

These notifications do not have any influence on the Company’s free-float position. Since we have neither legacy shareholders nor any other beneficial owners, 100 % of the Company’s shares continue to be broadly held.
