A wide range of analyzers and gas inlet systems for Pfeiffer Vacuum mass spectrometers is available for all applications.
For Pfeiffer Vacuum mass spectrometers, maximum flexibility is very important. The electronics are designed to function not just with one analyzer. For sequential operation of more than one permanently installed analyzer, only one electronic unit is sufficient. One or more analyzers can therefore be used as individual components.
The different pressure conditions in vacuum systems are catered for by a range of individual components, which allow the gases to be analyzed to enter into the high-vacuum chamber in the quadrupole mass spectrometer. This allows gas inlet systems to be realized for all analysis tasks.
