CF

CF flanges comply with technical specification ISO 3669 and are manufactured in nominal diameters DN 16 to DN 350.

CF flanges are suitable for ultra-high vacuum applications. The pressure range comprises the smallest possible pressures <10^-12 hPa to ambient pressure. CF connections are sealed with metal rings and are bakeable to 450°C.
