Pfeiffer Vacuum introduces its new maintenance-free turbopumps with active 5-axis magnetic levitation. Outstanding pumping speed, compression and gas throughput, as well as low-vibration operation, are just a few of the features to which we considered in developing this new series of pumps.
That makes our new HiPace M the perfect solution for applications and processes from the analytical industry, coating, electronics and semiconductors, as well as research & development.
Our pumps are equipped to satisfy Protection Class IP 54, making them suitable for harsh industrial processes.
