Seminars and technical trainings

Participating in professional training on vacuum generation, leak detection, vacuum measurement, and mass spectrometry is an excellent way to familiarize yourself with the subject matter and refresh specialized knowledge.

During our courses, small groups will perform practical exercises to gain the technical knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for the operation and maintenance of vacuum components and systems.

FAQ

Registration

Please register in writing via e-mail or our website at least two weeks prior to the start of the course. Provide your full address and phone number, along with the name and date of the seminar. Registrations are accepted in the order they are received if a course is overbooked.

We issue an official quotation for the training if needed for your internal purchasing process.

Confirmation

After you order the course, we will confirm your training by sending an order acceptance with the final date and details. Should the minimum number of participants not be reached, we will inform you around two weeks before the seminar and offer a substitute date.

Prices

The prices for seminar offerings at our Training Center in 35614 Asslar, Germany, are €560 per person per day. This includes digital course documents, lunch, and beverages during breaks.
The price for a customer-specific training at our training center in 35614 Asslar, Germany, is €2,200 per day for up to 10 participants, including digital course documents, lunch, and beverages during breaks.
The price for a customer-specific training on-site is €1,900 per day for up to the indicated maximum number of participants, plus travel and lodging expenses for the trainer. If applicable, additional charges may apply for preparation and follow-up activities of the course. A detailed offer will be provided upon request.
All prices are exclusive of value added tax.

Lodging

Participants will be responsible for the costs of travel and lodging. Upon request, we can make hotel reservations for you. The hotels are located in downtown 35578 Wetzlar, Germany, approximately 6 km from Pfeiffer Vacuum+Fab Solutions, and cost between €80 and €90 per night, including breakfast.

Cancellation

Please inform us immediately in writing if you decide not to attend a seminar so that we can utilize the vacancy. There will be no charge for cancellations made up to three weeks before the seminar starts. If cancellation is made within three weeks before the seminar begins, 30% of the seminar price will be charged.

Certificate

Each participant will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the seminar.

Waiver of liability

We have professionally developed the information contained in the seminars and in the course documents to best of our knowledge and belief. However, we assume no liability for any mistakes contained in verbal or written statements at the seminars or in the course documents. This shall also apply with respect to any direct or consequential damages arising therefrom.
