Quality and precision

Our vacuum-compatible manipulation systems set the standard for quality and reliability. During development, we emphasize structural rigidity, particularly in the flanges, which have to withstand substantial atmospheric pressure forces, even at larger nominal diameters.

To achieve maximum precision, we have optimized our vacuum manipulators using the finite element method (FEM). Additionally, their low-wear design guarantees long-term reliability and an extended service life.
