Total pressure measurement in areas with ionizing radiation

ModulLine

Extremely rugged gauges for operation even in areas with high radiation levels. They are especially suitable for UHV applications.
Controllers TPG 500 are modular and can be configured variously. Two measuring card slots for the operation of up to 4 gauges. An interface slot for various relay and interface cards. For pressure range 1 · 10-11 to 1000 hPa. Controller IMG 400 for the operation of hot cathode gauges with additional connections for Pirani and capacitive gauges from the ActiveLine family. An interface slot for a Profibus interface card (optional). For pressure range 2 · 10-12 to 1100 hPa.
Measuring cables for connection of the ModulLine gauges with the respective controller TPG 300, TPG 500 or IMG 400. The cables are available in standard version for temperatures up to max. 80 °C and as high-temperature cables for temperatures up to 200 °C or up to 250 °C.

Total pressure measurement in areas with ionizing radiation

The ModulLine range comprises three TPR Pirani vacuum gauges with a measuring range of 1,000 to 8 · 10-4 hPa, three IKR cold cathode vacuum gauges with a measuring range of 5 · 10-3 to 1 · 10-11 hPa and two IMR hot cathode vacuum gauges with a measuring range of 1 · 10-2 to 2 · 10-12 hPa. Since these vacuum gauges do not contain any electronics, they are suitable for use in high-radiation environments, for example. An extensive range of cables – including high-temperature cables and cables with double shielding – as well as two controllers round off this measurement equipment line.

The individually configurable controller TPG 500, with USB, RS-485 and Ethernet interfaces, can have two measuring boards for up to four vacuum gauges of type TPR and type IKR. Another socket is for an interface board for serial interfaces RS-232/RS-422/Profibus and relay contacts. The IMG 400 controller is used to connect IMR type vacuum gauges and can also be expanded via an interface board with additional relay contacts and Profibus.
